Impartiality

Impartiality is fundamental to the integrity of our Halal audit and certification services. At HRC, our management is deeply committed to maintaining neutrality and fairness throughout every stage of certification. We have identified and documented potential conflicts of interest and established clear procedures to mitigate them.

To reinforce this commitment, HRC conducts an Annual Impartiality Review Meeting that includes independent experts in Islamic Shariah and Halal industry practices. These sessions ensure our processes remain free from external influence, aligned with Islamic principles, and transparent in all decisions.

Quality Assurance

HRC is dedicated to providing authentic and globally recognized Halal certification in accordance with Islamic Shariah guidelines derived from the Holy Qur’an and Sunnah. All our operations are guided by a belief in the declaration of faith:

Halal Testing and Standard Compliance

HRC operates a dedicated Halal Testing Laboratory, equipped to evaluate and verify raw materials, ingredients, and final products for Halal compliance. Our lab facilities are regularly upgraded to meet modern testing standards.

To ensure compliance with national and international benchmarks, we strictly follow the PS 4992:2016 Halal Certification Standard and are fully committed to maintaining all its requirements across our operations.
